Cancellation Policy

Workshop terms and conditions: 1. Booking and Payment: Your spot is secure only after the complete payment has been received 2. Cancellations and Refunds: Please cancel 72 hours prior to the workshop. Refund will be processed with the next 14 bussiness days. 3. Intellectual property: All workshop materials, including workbooks, slides, and proprietary methodologies, remain the intellectual property of Imagine and Ink 4. Liability: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Imagine and Ink accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fee paid by the participant for the workshop. 5. Schedule Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the workshop timetable, agenda, or guest speakers. Participants will be notified of any material changes as soon as practically possible 6. Areas of access: Certain parts of the workshop location is NOT meant for the participants. Please follow the guidelines of the host.
